We believe it is a waste of time taking good images of a property which you will never see.
So we will first send all the images taken at a property. You can pick your favourite angles, which we will then enhance back at Quidos HQ before sending them back to you in their final, glorious form.
Sometimes images taken on location don’t quite cut the mustard. Maybe the photographer wanted to keep the amazing views through a window, which has left the room itself looking a little dark, or maybe the photo isn’t quite straight (after all, we are only human), or perhaps it was a horrid grey day, but the photos just had to be taken.
For all these reasons, we have a team at Quidos HQ checking all the images we send out to ensure that the final shots you receive are all good as they possible can be. This means using digital editing software, where appropriate, to correct each image; altering colour, straightening the shot, removing distortion, cropping, lightening, or adding in a blue sky.
We offer this service separately to our photography. So if you have taken some images which you feel could be improved, send them over by email and we’ll see what we can do.
The latest addition to our suite of property marketing solutions, elevated photography provides all our clients with ability to order professional elevated images with the same level of service we offer with all our products.
Our system uses a high specification digital camera atop a 53ft high mast to achieve excellent lead shots, without the unnecessary costs and unpredictable results associated with traditional aerial photography from a plane or helicopter.
This enables potential buyers to view the property in the context of both its immediate surroundings; garden, driveway, and garaging, but also, crucially, the wider area and views, overcoming traditional obstacles like fences, hedges and trees.
The result is excellent photos, showing the entire property, and not just the house.
The cost of an appointment includes all the images taken from the agreed location, which are downloaded directly to a laptop in the vehicle below for on-site proofing.
Occasionally, properties will benefit from shots taken from a second location. For an additional charge you can receive all the images taken from a second location at the property.
